The tennis and paddle tennis facilities at Abama Resort Tenerife are of the highest quality and have hosted several ATP and ITF matches. The complex has 7 tennis courts equipped with floodlighting and Flexi-Pave® surface, in line with the US and Australian Open courts.
The centre court can accommodate 600 spectators and the remaining six courts have grandstands and covered seating areas for players, as well as changing rooms, a shop, toilets and parking. In addition, there are 4 floodlit padel courts with AstroTurf surface.
For those looking to improve their game, the Tennis Academy offers a programme designed around the philosophy of "movement and repetition" on the court. The academy offers training for players of all levels, including customised lessons, intensive courses and specialised tennis programmes. In addition, tournaments, clinics and group activities for companies and children's camps are also organised.
