Breakfast at Tágara
Breakfast: a principled start to the day
Tágara incorporates a new breakfast concept based on three principles: sustainability, personalisation, and supporting local products.
Enjoy a personalised breakfast while practising responsible consumption at a buffet where the only items laid out are beverages, a selection of homemade sweets, yoghurts, and bread.
This new concept moves away from the traditional buffet, allowing you to order your favourite breakfast from your waitperson, choosing from a variety of fruit plates, charcuterie, cheeses, eggs, and salads, among other options.
Hot dishes – including eggs Benedict on wholemeal toast with creamy hollandaise sauce, avocado, bacon, and mesclun; or a smoked salmon bagel with cream cheese, tomato confit, cucumber, and rocket – to offer just two examples, are served à la carte and include vegetarian and gluten-free versions. All prepared to order, according to your needs.
At Tágara, you can enjoy regional products your own way and support our commitment to maintaining both responsible consumption and high-quality service.Lunch at Tágara
Tradition and innovation in every dish.
Savour a lunch where each mouthful will transport you to the heart of the Canary Islands.
A culinary journey with starters that reinvent the flavours of the island, from cured beef carpaccio, accompanied by fresh rocket and smooth Parmesan foam; to Canary Islands salad, a perfect combination of avocado, tuna, tomato, and red onion, refreshing and delightful.
Our main dishes reflect the surrounding sea and land, with fresh fish from along our coasts served with the most select organic vegetables, and a free-range chicken supreme that awakens the senses with lemony smashed potatoes.
And to round out the meal, you won't want to skip desserts like melt-in-the-mouth cheesecake or our truly tempting chocolate cake.
Surrender to the authenticity and innovation of our cuisine.Dinner at Tágara.
Ancestral Canary Islands recipes.
The Tágara menu is a blend of ancestral flavours with an avant-garde culinary twist.
Our dishes are created using local ingredients following traditional recipes passed down from generation to generation, with a subtle modern reinterpretation.
The appetizers – such as a local cheese board served with jams produced on the islands – strike notes that make them the best calling card for traditional flavours.
You will find such surprising dishes as carne fiesta, marinated black pork secreto served with shoestring potatoes; fried kid goat with pepper chutney and sweet potato purée; and fish and maize meal stew. Three delightful recipes notable for their flavour and combination of regional ingredients with Canary Islands vegetables.
And the crowning touch for the meal: goat cheese flan with roasted maize meal ice cream and banana honey. This dessert captures the essence of the Canary Islands, a profusion of originality and freshness.
Enjoy the pleasure of our flavors
